This is an exciting opportunity for an Automation Technician to join a leading healthcare organization in Waterford. You will Maintain automation equipment for safe, efficient, and compliant production.This shift is working from 8am to 8pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every second Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Maintain automation equipment for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with documentation.
Implement process improvements (cGMP compliant).
Assist with equipment commissioning.
Manage spare parts inventory.
Cross-train technicians.
Travel for equipment support/training.
Uphold safety and quality standards (GMP).

MS Office proficiency.
Qualifications:
Level 6-8 HETAC qualification (Manufacturing Tech, Mechanical/Automation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).
Qualified trades personnel with industrial experience are also considered.
Automation/robotics experience (high volume).
Medical device manufacturing experience (desirable).
Experience with pneumatics, electronics, hydraulics, PLCs, servo motors, vision systems, ultrasonic welding, and machining (desirable).
FAT, SAT, IOPQ experience (automated assembly).
