Global Healthcare Company based in the Midlands
The Company had a specific requirement for a number of Specialist Science professionals. As a long-standing trusted partner, the Company reached out to Collins McNicholas for a solution. We proposed a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model for the volume hiring 50 Technical Scientists and 50 Quality professionals and this was rolled out immediately and delivered over a 12-month period by our dedicated account team.
A 'Statement of Work' was agreed by both parties. Collins McNicholas then provided an 'End to End' RPO model for an integrated and seamless hiring experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates. The RPO steps were rolled out aligning to the Company's internal Talent Acquisition process.
