This is an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning and Qualification Engineer to join a Multinational pharmaceutical company based in Tipperary. You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring aseptic excellence, sterility assurance, and the delivery of high-quality biologics and vaccines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of C&Q Engineers through the project lifecycle.
- Apply Delta-V knowledge for running Equipment Modules (EMs) and Control Modules (CMs) (desirable).
- Ensure project compliance with GMP and CQV requirements, reviewing technical documentation from the design phase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues alongside engineers and suppliers.
- Develop and implement appropriate Commissioning and Qualification strategies.
- Oversee the Mechanical Completion process, including system acceptance and punch list management.
- Prepare and review project schedules and progress.
- Manage CQV Engineers' daily activities, ensuring coordination with the project management team.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the client's project management team.
- Prepare final handover reports for client users.
Qualifications:
- Strong API experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and project management.
- Familiarity with construction scope and safety standards.
