Job Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects concurrently, including involvement in pre-tender phases.
Provide detailed financial reports and accurate cost reporting.
Oversee all costs from initial calculations to final figures.
Ensure the maintenance of auditable records and effective project planning, management, and performance.
Analyze and evaluate risks associated with projects.
Maintain all contract documentation and provide advice on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
Handle sub-contract procurement and management, including monthly valuations and certifications.
Agree on final accounts with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial, residential, and office fitouts.
Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering is essential.
Excellent analytical and IT skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under strict deadlines.
A strong team player with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
