Office Admin / Accounts Assistant

My client, a well established Engineering Company are looking to appoint an Office Manager/Accounts Assistant for their Dublin office on a full-time basis. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and has an ability to work on their own initiative but also part of a team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, with excellent communication skills and enjoys a faced environment.

The Role:

  • Ensure the smooth operations of the Dublin office, liaising with the Athlone and UK office managers.

  • Assist with the collecting of debts from company debtors.

  • Allocations of customer payments

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Shared responsibility of phone management system

  • Shared responsibility for travel management

  • Front of House Management for clients, suppliers and organising meetings

  • Facilities management liaising with estate managers and suppliers.

  • Monitor staff Timesheets and Staff On/Off Boarding

  • Ensure office equipment is in working order and if necessary, call suppliers to carry out repairs/service.

  • Ensure that all supplies, goods, and materials are ordered efficiently and replenished in a timely manner at all times.

  • Accounts payable responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office management / Office Coordinator

  • Ability to work in an office setting full time.

  • MS Office Suite skills.

  • Ability to learn new software systems.

  • Native level fluency in English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
