If so, our client a global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Medical Reviewer

Position is a Hybrid based role 3 days onsite only - Initial Contract position 12 months

About the Role:

As a Medical Reviewer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all promotional and non-promotional materials, along with other medical content, meet regulatory standards and company policies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure compliance with local and global policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Material Review and Certification:

    • Review and certify promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure technical, medical, and scientific accuracy.

    • Ensure compliance with SI 541, IPHA Code of Practice, and applicable company policies.

  • Therapeutic Knowledge:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area, strategic direction, and treatment landscape.

  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to provide expert advice on compliance with local and global policies and codes of practice.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed reports of reviewed materials and maintain accurate records of deviations in line with company policies.

    • Update standard operating procedures within the scope of your role as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree with a scientific background /Scientific mindset

  • Understand Data - ability to interpret Scientific data

  • Experience in reviewing and approving promotional materials.

  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems.

The ideal candidate would have some experience with

  • Reviewing materials under the IPHA Code,

  • Also open to training people with a scientific or pharmacy background looking for their first role in industry.

  • We will also consider someone with a PHD looking to get their break into the Pharmaceutical industry.
