Our client, a leading energy and lighting engineering company is seeking a General HIAB Operatives on a permanent basis. This position is based in Cork.
Overview of Main Responsibilities:
- You will communicate and work effectively with work crews to deliver job requirements and you will ensure that the Project is delivered accordingly to agreed Specifications, Standards, Health and safety Plans, and Method Statements.
- Vehicle/ MEWP operation, lighting upgrades (dead work), underground cabling, column standing, traffic management etc.
- You will identify work improvement opportunities and solutions, reporting same to Foreman.
What the ideal General HIAB Operative looks like:
- Category C1 Irish driver’s licence/ trailer licence
- Hiab Experience
- Construction Experience
- MEWP, Tower Scaffold, Abrasive Wheels Cards experience an advantage.
- CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding – minimum 3 years experience
