Key Responsibilities:
Perform timely repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment breakdowns.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance routines to minimize downtime.
Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets.
Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Support and lead assigned actions for Engineering projects within the maintenance team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical role within the Medical Device or a highly regulated industry.
Education: Candidates should hold a Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Level 6 craft certification in Electrical or Mechanical fields is also accepted.
Technical Skills: Solid experience with mechanical systems in an automated manufacturing setting is essential.
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with PLCs, motor drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team.
