Our client is an industry-leading financial services company and they currently have an exciting opportunity for an AML Consultant to join their team in Limerick. This is a 12-month contract and will support Transfer Agency and Client Services departments to deliver a robust AML Operations service to the client and investor base.
This is a hybrid role – 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Key Requirements:
- Identify problem areas using data, propose and implement solutions to improve efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Align with management to ensure the Investor AML team meets the required audit, risk and compliance standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and best practice, using this knowledge to promote enhancements to processes and procedures.
- Engage with Audit, Rick, Control or Compliance teams as required to ensure the smooth running of reviews that AML team are subject to.
- Ad-hoc work as required by AML Management.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of day-to-day AML operations.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and the wider fund administration business.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and influence across departments and functions.
- Effective risk management.
- Detailed knowledge of the AML regulatory environment in Ireland. Additional knowledge of Luxembourg and UK regulatory environments would be an advantage.
- Ability to analyse data, identify problems and propose and implement solutions.
